This one is unfortunately a lot harder to pull off, basically impossible without a good keyboard.

First, run into the right wall, and left tap for one frame. There are two possible ending spots, you want the further right one. Then, do a 0.8 pixel shuffle (one frame right followed by one frame left). Finally, jump and tap left for one frame, hold crouch for the next two frames, and release to stick in the ceiling, having moved exactly two pixels left. This sets you up to get the bloublou with standard jump and hold right.
